Kate joined O’Malley & Co in 2000 and oversees the day-to-day administration of the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Kate worked as a registered nurse and nurse manager, experience that shaped the practical and caring approach she brings to her role. When she’s not at work, you’ll often find her on the golf course, in the garden, or planning her next overseas trip to see family.

Renēe joined O’Malley & Co in 2021 and is often the first person clients meet when visiting or contacting the firm.
Working across both the Balclutha and Milton offices, she enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and helping create a welcoming experience for every client. Outside of work, Renee is involved with the Milton Volunteer Fire Brigade and values supporting her local community.

Amanda joined O’Malley & Co in 2020 and oversees the administration of deceased estates.
She has a compassionate approach when supporting families through what can be a difficult time and is committed to providing clear communication, practical guidance, and reassurance throughout the process. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys travelling to Fiji and spending time with family and friends.

Natalie joined O’Malley & Co in 2021 and administers the firm’s trust account, ensuring client funds are administered accurately and efficiently in accordance with Law Society guidelines.
A qualified accountant, Natalie previously spent seven years living and working in the United Kingdom and remains actively involved in the local community through volunteer finance roles.

Donna joined O’Malley & Co in 2018 and enjoys building relationships with people from all walks of life. A proud South Otago local, she is passionate about helping clients through important milestones, particularly first-home ownership.
Outside the office, Donna serves as a Justice of the Peace of New Zealand, an active Rotarian and has received a Rotary Paul Harris Fellowship in recognition of her community service.

Trudy joined O’Malley & Co in 2025 and works closely with clients on estate administration and residential conveyancing matters. She enjoys helping clients navigate legal processes that can often feel overwhelming, making things easier to understand and manage.
Before qualifying as a Registered Legal Executive in 2023, Trudy spent more than 12 years working in trust accounting within a law firm, giving her a strong foundation in legal practice and client service. Outside of work, she has been involved with the Hillend Netball Club for more than 20 years as a player, coach and committee member, and currently coaches a Masters Marching Team. When time allows, she enjoys travelling either in New Zealand or overseas, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

He has worked in a variety of general practice law firms and briefly in tax advisory with a Big 4 firm, giving him a strong understanding of the commercial and financial considerations that often sit alongside legal matters

Emma joined O’Malley & Co in 2025. After graduating she worked as a town Planner in Queenstown, headed off on her OE, then settled into a Queenstown law firm. More recently she has been employed by Gore District Council as a Policy planner. Her combined legal and planning background provides valuable insight into property, regulatory and development matters.
Having grown up on a farm in the Wairarapa Emma enjoys helping individuals, families and business owners plan confidently for the future. She is actively involved in several Clinton community organisations.
